If you are agreeing to these Terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity.

If offered, free trials are provided solely to evaluate the Service. We may modify or terminate a trial at any time. Upon trial end, continued use requires a paid subscription; otherwise, access may be limited or disabled.

Super Admin

Manages the platform, client companies, plans, security, and system‑wide usage.

Client Admin

Sets up the company, adds employees, defines services, creates & assigns jobs, and monitors progress.

Field Staff

Views assigned tasks, updates job status, adds notes & photos, and follows company instructions.

Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to such processing and warrant that all data provided is accurate.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY UNDER THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless FieldHandle, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising out of or related to your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction where FieldHandle is formed/registered, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction in that venue, unless otherwise required by law.

19) Changes to the Service & Terms

We may modify the Service and update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice. Your continued use after the effective date of updates constitutes acceptance of the changes.
