1) Scope & Roles

Scope: This policy covers information collected through our websites, portals, and mobile apps.
Roles: For the Service, FieldHandle acts as a data controller for our own operations (e.g., billing, support) and as a data processor when processing Customer Data on behalf of Client Companies.
Client Companies: Also act as controllers for data they input into the Service (e.g., customer/job details). Their own privacy practices may apply.

Account & Company Info

Name, email, phone, password (hashed), role.
Company name, industry, size, business contact details.
Billing address and subscription details.

Customer & Job Data

Customers’ contact info; service addresses.
Job records, schedules, notes, photos, status changes.
Team/assignee details and activity logs.

Device & Usage

IP address, device identifiers, browser/app version.
Log data (timestamps, pages/screens, features used).
Approximate location (e.g., for routing/navigation if enabled).

Payments & Support

Payment tokens via our payment processor (we don’t store full card data).
Support tickets, call/chat transcripts, feedback.

3) How We Use Information

To provide, maintain, and improve the Service and its features.
To authenticate users, secure accounts, and prevent fraud or abuse.
To schedule/dispatch jobs, track status, and store notes/photos.
