Return Eligibility

• Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
• Products must be unused, unworn and in their original packaging with tags attached.
• Certain items (e.g. personal care, underwear, final sale items) are not eligible for return.

How to Request a Return

1. Log in to your account and go to "My Orders".
2. Select the item you'd like to return and choose a reason.
3. Print the prepaid return label and drop off your package at any courier location.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? Simply return the original item and place a new order - this is the fastest way to get the right product to you.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact.sszora@gmail.com for a free replacement or full refund.
